傳統紅漆器，例如盒或者盤，佢吔通常木製，上面有好多好多層生漆，成幾厘米厚咁，底嘅生漆通常黑色，面嘅紅色。佢吔咁貴，貴在雕工要估計雕刻嘅力度去構圖，大力啲就會由紅色嗰層雕到落去黑色嗰層，少少出錯會成個漆器唔要。 lacquerware Chinese traditional carved cinnabar lacquerware such as trays and boxes, are made of wood with multiple layer of lacquer gloss applied(bottom layers can be in black, and the upper layers in red, the lacquer layers are up to several cm). The reason that these antiques can be extremely expensive is because of the craftsmen's fine skills in carving delicate layers for colour patterns.
